2. Do you deliver?

Sorry! Currently we do not provide delivery. However you can arrange domestic delivery Lalamove or Grab to collect your order.

3. Can I customize my bouquet?

Absolutely! Just let us know your preferred flowers, colors, or any specific theme you have in mind, and we'll tailor it for you. We specialize in personalized floral gifts.

4. What if the flowers arrive damaged?

We guarantee freshness. If the flowers arrive damaged or wilted, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo. We will then replace your order or provide store credit as compensation.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Once a deposit is made, cancellation is not allowed. However, you can reschedule the delivery if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Please refer to our Terms & Policies page for full details.
