Pre-Order Items: For our specially curated arrangements, please place your order at least 7 days in advance. This allows us to source specific blooms and handcraft your piece with the utmost care.

Early Pickup: You are welcome to collect your bouquet one day before your event.

Hydration: All bridal bouquets are provided with a water container to ensure the blooms stay fresh.

Collection: You may collect your order in person or arrange your own Grab/Lalamove service using your order details or order number.

• Important: To ensure your bouquet is ready, please wait for the “Ready to Pickup” notification in your email before heading to the shop or sending a rider.

• Substitutions: Please note that due to seasonal availability, we may use suitable flower substitutions to maintain the overall theme and aesthetic of your arrangement.

• Arrangement: Nature never repeats itself. While we maintain the style and color palette of your selection, please allow for natural variations in flower form and placement.
